Near the motorway, a convenient stopover on our drive from Granada to Santander. Good value. Really nice food in the bar, good and good service.

Very nice Hotel
Really nice Hotel. Had a quiet room. As the restaurant was closed the waiter recomended a Steak and it was very good. The red wine was also very nice.
Restaurant was closed only the bar was open.

Overall good experiance with the hotel, with some minor exceptions.
- Toilets are installed very close to the wall and are very uncomfortable - Atleast 2 additional pillows would be nice - The heating in our room was not working propperly, on highest setting there was only cold air from it. The control for the HVAC is very limited and alot of options and temperatures range are locked.

Ideal location, comfortable and good value
The parking is free and secure. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The location is close to the highway and easy to find. The costs represented good value.
The young guy working in the cafeteria in the evening was rather rude and unhelpful challenging the pronunciation of one word I used multiple times, I realize that Spanish in not my native tongue but I speak four languages and the inflection I used was perfectly understandable. Although there was clearly a notice outside the cafeteria and restaurant that a menu diario for that day was available, the young man insisted that only the cafeteria snack list was available and we had to basically take it or leave it. A Spanish couple spoke to us and said that "They don't want to open the restaurant for us as we are few" If the hotel does not want to offer what they clearly describe, then take the notice down. Having said about the rudeness of the young man, earlier in the day, an older gentleman carrying out the same duties was very helpful, polite and gave great service. Subsequently, we went out by car and ate elsewhere. Clients may want to consider eating sufficiently prior to reaching the hotel.
